Hi everyone ~ My name is Chenyi Yang. I come from Hangzhou, a beautiful city in China. This is my second year at the University of Westminster and I’m really enjoying university life in London now! I’m especially happy to be classmates with all of you, and I hope we have a great semester！
About my Interests
I am a very active and cheerful girl, I love my life very much and I like to take photos and videos to record all the lovely things and I also love anything that makes me beautiful!! With the popularity of short video apps, I started to get in touch with temporary video platforms that are popular in China (TikTok China Edition) and share my life and some of my own make-up videos on them. I think it’s a process that makes me happy because I can document my life while passing on the joy to others, and these videos will also become great memories for me.

About my college studies
I used to wish I could study a course about media at university, so I decided to come to the University of Westminster to study digital media as a subject. The school is very far away from my hometown for me, but I thought it would give me a wider range of knowledge. The media is very diverse, and in a big city like London, I can see more possibilities and bring together different information exchanges!
